About Us!
Hi! I'm Ailsa, owner and baker here at Nomlicious Bakes. I have a wonderful husband, two amazing step children and a cheeky son! We are in the beautiful seaside town of Margate, and send our custom sweet treats all over the UK for all to enjoy!
I have loved baking from a young age, learning from my Mum and Grandma. However my usual baking activities would be making my families birthday cakes, and random bakes with my children.
During the first lockdown of 2020 my Grandma gave me her traditional royal icing recipe to experiment with, mainly as a way to keep myself busy and entertain my son! But I loved playing with it and soon was regularly baking my biscuits to send as little 'thinking of you' gifts to family and friends.
A few months on, here we are! I have received 5 star food hygiene rating (MARCH 2021), and am fully insured and trained.
I have a huge range of cookie cutters (i may have a problem haha) so if you want it, I probably have the design available!!
